All our products are easy to find and laid out in aisles, sections and shelves so you can browse through the store picking up your favourites as you go. You might even find a few new favourites along the way.
Once you've finished shopping you can go direct to the checkout and pay – no hassle.
Stay in control
You can choose a delivery time to suit you. We deliver from 10am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 11am – 6pm on Sunday, so we can be there when you are.
We carefully handpick your items, bag them and deliver them to you within two hour time slots, so you know that every item is as fresh as if you picked it yourself.
In fact, we're so confident you'll be more than satisfied that we even offer a 200% freshness guarantee. If you're not happy with the quality of any of the products delivered then we'll refund twice the difference.
Your second shop will
be even easier
Once you've completed your first shop it's even easier to return and shop time and time again.
All the items you buy first time are saved in your ‘Favourites'. This means that you don't need to put them in your trolley all over again, you can pick and choose which products you want to buy again and which ones you don't. This is perfect when shopping for weekly essentials!

Run out of rice?
On some occasions we may have run out of exactly what you ordered, but rather than turn up empty handed we always offer you the chance to use our substitute service. We'll pick a product similar to the one you chose in the first place – that just seems like good manners to us.
We only offer higher value products than the ones you ordered and we pay the difference!
